Welcome to Your Ultimate Update

Your Ultimate Update is a part of our corporate strategy to effectively communicate our company Values and Attributes, while celebrating our Associates, and sharing companywide information.   Your Ultimate Update meetings will be facilitated everyday for every Associate.  Managers will schedule the informal and motivational, 5-10 minute updates at the beginning of each shift.   

The platform of daily ultimate updates ties into many of our corporate strategies.   It is a daily commitment to learning and will deepen our understanding of our corporate culture, Values and Attributes.  It supports our Lean initiative by providing a standardized communication tool and message to all Associates. It supports our People First initiative to CELEBRATE our Associates in a manner that is sincere, specific, immediate, and personal.
