Ann Marie Phil Debbie Glen

Phil Guilliams
Director of Talent Acquisition

Phil joined City Furniture in March 2006 as Director of Talent Acquisition. His responsibilities include ensuring that the company is supplied with high quality talent on a timely basis and within acceptable budget limits.  Additionally, he has initiated and sustained important changes to the recruiting function in order to support the expected significant growth of City Furniture in the future.

Prior to joining City Furniture, Phil held senior positions in recruiting with Citrix Systems, Precision Response Corporation, Ryder Systems, Roadway Systems and CAP Gemini America. 

Phil obtained his Bachelors Degree from Kent State University and his Masters Degree from the State University of New York at Albany. In addition, he holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).  Phil is in the process of completing training to become a LEAN Master Facilitator. Ann Marie Squires
Talent Acquisition

Ann Marie joined City Furniture in March 2006 and is currently a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.  Ann Marie’s primary responsibility is to acquire quality applicants for positions within our Corporate Office and The Academy of Design.

She received her Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Finance from Florida State University.

Ann Marie has been in the recruiting field since March of 1998 in both the executive search and corporate recruiting functions.  Ann Marie is an active Member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Association of Broward County (HRABC). Return

Glenn Catchings
Talent Acquisition

Glenn joined the Talent Acquisition Team at City Furniture in July of 2006, and he is responsible for the recruitment of all Operations Associates and entry level Operations Management positions. Glenn is also responsible for the coordination of the recruiting effort at the University of Florida, and he assists in the hiring of all Sales and Sales support positions.

Glenn has four years of recruiting experience which includes both agency and corporate recruiting. Glenn graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Caribbean and Latin American Studies. Return

 

Debbie D'Amron
Talent Acquisition

Debbie D'Amron joined City Furniture July 2006.  She is responsible for the hiring of all Sales, Sales Support and Customer Service positions, as well as assisting in recruiting for the Operations Department.

Debbie has been in the recruiting field for over ten years. Most recently, Debbie was Regional Recruiter for a Fortune 500 retail company.  She has also worked in the Executive Search side of recruiting.  Debbie is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Return
