Values Card Program
Our Values Card Program recognizes any Associate caught demonstrating one of the company values. You may earn a value card/s for going above and beyond demonstrating a value with an internal or external customer; once you collect 5 value cards, you can redeem them for a $10 gas gift card or a $10 Target gift card.
Simply redeem your value cards by stopping by HR Center if you work at 03/04; if you work outside of 03/04 you can forward your value cards to Associate Relations via inter-office mail to redeem or you can forward them to your supervisor and they may redeem for you.
