The Kevin Koenig Leadership Award is presented to an Associate in memory of Kevin Koenig’s dedication and direction to CITY. The recipients of the award are chosen based on their contributions to CITY’s business success. They have a commitment to the leadership skills demonstrated by Kevin Koenig. They have a high level of integrity and lead by example in the areas of teamwork, communication, intensity, and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, the recipient is committed to the vision Kevin created for CITY.

The recipient of this year’s Kevin Koenig Leadership Award is our Senior Vice President of Operations, ROBERT MALONE! Robert has been a long-term tenured leader here, lives our CFOS culture, is a student of the game, a hard worker, and loyal. He’s definitely CITY family. He’s done a phenomenal job in all areas of his responsibilities since he started here, has a great attitude, and is a good human being. Congratulations, Rob, we’re very proud of you!
