For the email links to work properly, your default app for email must be set to Outlook on your computer.

FOR WINDOWS USERS:
Go to Settings > Apps > Default Apps, and confirm that your email is set to Outlook. Make the necessary change to Outlook if needed.

FOR MAC USERS:
If your email defaults to Apple Mail, open Apple Mail, Go to Mail > Preferences > General > Default Email Reader, choose Microsoft Outlook.
