Andrew’s mom and Keith’s late wife, Doreen Koenig, was cherished in our community for her charitable impact on organizations such as the Dorothy Mangurian Comprehensive Women’s Center at Holy Cross Hospital, the Museum of Discovery and Science, and so many more. In her memory, we recognize an Associate who embodies the love, respect, and generosity that Doreen had for the CITY family, and the community around her.

The recipient of this year’s Doreen Koenig Philanthropic Award is our Corporate Controller, JASON LUSTIG! He is a true servant leader, going beyond the workplace to help his team and community when needed. Following the hurricanes this year, one of his Associates was heavily impacted, and before she could even ask for help, there he was in work clothes, ready to help restore her home. He hadn’t even heard from this Associate, just saw on the news that the area had been severely damaged, and rushed over. This is who he is, always raising a hand to volunteer, attend the walks in our local community, supports several organizations in his own time, and helps keep our giving programs running smoothly year-round with the Community Team. Not only is this leader a servant leader, he’s a humble leader that has grown with the organization over the last 8 years. Congratulations, Jason!
